#### AI is Here. Few Are Ready.

### Put the right AI to Work at the Right Time.

**AI** is **rapidly** becoming **essential** in **B2B** commerce. However, not every use case delivers equal value. With a constant stream of new tools, ideas and perspectives, many organizations are left asking a critical question: ***where should we actually focus?***

To help you navigate this, **Data Realm and Intershop** have developed a practical worksheet designed to assess your organization's AI readiness and guide your next steps.

##### **What You'll Gain**

This worksheet helps you:

- **Identify bottlenecks** holding back your ecommerce performance
- **Understand what your foundation really needs** before applying AI
- **Pinpoint high-impact AI opportunities** you can act on today, not "someday"

##### **Build a Practical Roadmap**

Move beyond theory and start building a clear, actionable plan:

- **Next 90 days:** Immediate priorities and quick wins
- **3 - 6 months**: Foundational improvements that unlock scale
- **12+ months**: Strategic AI initiatives that drive long-term value

Stop guessing where AI fits. Start building a roadmap that delivers measurable impact.
